Application of CMC in slurries

CMC for printing and dyeing: After drying, sized warp yarns form a strong, rigid, yet relatively soft and abrasion-resistant film. This film adheres well to the fiber surface and provides sufficient elongation, increasing the warp's strength on the loom and reducing sizing waste. Using CMC offers the following advantages:

* No gel deposition; no skinning or foaming in the sizing tank and pipes
* Easy yarn separation; no yarn sticking even in high-humidity weaving workshops

Applications in Textile Printing

CMC Textile Printing Grade can be used as a thickener for various textile printing pastes. It exhibits excellent acid and salt resistance (i.e., electrolyte resistance), and its viscosity remains stable after formulation into pastes and printing pastes. It can completely replace high-quality alginate. This product has the following characteristics:
